Kareen is an Osteopathic Physician. Growing up in a family of ten children in suburban Boston, she knew that she wanted to be a “Family Doc” since the age of eight.

Casey, a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, was born and raised near Washington DC. She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Fitchburg State College, graduating Magna Cum Laude.

Susan McKernan APRN

Susan McKernan APRN

Family Nurse Practitioner

She enjoyed working in a variety of settings including the Greater Lawrence VNA, and during the early 1980s was thrilled to be involved in the planning and development of the hospice program for that organization.

Lisa Nee, RN

Registered Nurse

Lisa grew up in Danvers Massachusetts before moving to NH with her husband, Paul, 20 years ago. She started out in banking, and then spent 12 years as a letter Carrier delivering mail in Wakefield, MA and Exeter. After her last daughter was born, she worked as a school bus driver while starting her education in Nursing. Lisa graduated top in her class from what was then NH Community Technical College with an AS in Nursing. She spent a short time at Exeter Hospital and has been at YourMedicalHome ever since. Lisa lives in Epping with her husband and two daughters. In her free time she enjoys walking and jogging, reading, spending time in her pool and has just discovered Pinterest where she is busy making all sorts of pallet projects.

Peggy Allen

Medical Secretary / Assistant

Peggy has over 29 years of medical office experience working in a variety of medical specialty practices, as both a Medical Secretary and a Medical Assistant. She received her Medical Secretary/Assistants degree from Gray’s Business School in Portland, Maine, her home town. She and her husband raised four children, lived in Texas for seven years dan was thrilled at the opportunity to move to the Exeter area where she has spent the past 25 years. Most cherished time is spent with family, her four grandchildren and her very spoiled Samoyed, Bella.

Erin Dickinson, MA

Medical Assistant

Erin grew up in Hampton Falls, NH. With her associates degree in Early Childhood Education she worked for several years as a Pre-K teacher before deciding to explore the medical field. After attending Hesser College she worked at an Internal Medicine practice before making the change to Family Practice. Interacting with the patients, whether it be a child or an adult is her absolute favorite part about being a Medical Assistant. Erin lives in Hampton with her husband and son. She loves running, especially in road races. She has discovered a new love for bike riding and attempts to find new trails to ride with her family. On a nice Summer’s day she’ll be at the beach…happily.
