Non-Covered Services Fee

We are committed to providing you with a level of service, access, time, continuity and personal care that is rapidly becoming rare in most Primary Care Practices.  We pledge not only to provide more services to you, but to add value in ways that other organizations either cannot, by virtue of how they are organized, or choose not to, for reasons that are unclear to us.  Our practice is organized to provide unlimited access to all these services, to all patients and to do it well.  There are a few that are generally/ technically not covered by most insurers.  We are able to request payment directly for these services.  Being reimbursed for these services allows us to remain a viable business enterprise in a challenging primary care reimbursement environment, allowing us to continue to provide the care you tell us you need and deserve.  These “noncovered services” are delineated in our enrollment packet.  A more in depth discussion is available under the Frequently Asked Questions tab, “How can you do all this and stay in business” question of our website.  This can be found under the COMMUNICATION main tab.  We encourage you to read this.  As we are all faced with paying more of our health care bill, it is important to know where your money is going, and that you are getting value for your dollar.  Our patients acknowledge this value and benefit by agreeing to a modest, yearly payment, of $135 per adult, per year.  This allows us to fulfill our commitment to you.

Covid-19 Update

Information and Recommendations regarding Covid 19 change rapidly. We follow the NH Department of Health and Human Services (NH DHHS) guidelines, which provide local guidance based on CDC recommendations. We advise all patients to familiarize themselves with this website  https://www.nh.gov/covid19/ as it provides comprehensive, up to date information and is the same source we utilize.  Should you have specific questions, we encourage you to contact our office.
