Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield and Harvard Community Health Plans

We are directly contracted with Anthem Blue Cross / Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, TUFTS and Fallon Community Health Plans.

Please note the following exceptions:

  • Harvard Pilgrim Elevate Health Plan (this is closed network plan, we are not members)
  • We are not able to accept new patients covered with plans purchased through the NH Health Exchange.
  • We do participate with United Health Care PROVIDED there is a Harvard Pilgrim Rider (please check your insurance card)

As always, please feel free to call our office with any questions.

If your plan requires you to select a Primary Care Physician, you will need to call your Plan at the time of enrollment. We will submit your claim directly to Anthem or Harvard Pilgrim through our billing company.

We follow the NH Department of Health and Human Services (NH DHHS) guidelines, which provide local guidance based on CDC recommendations. We advise all patients to familiarize themselves with this website  https://www.nh.gov/covid19/ as it provides comprehensive, up to date information and is the same source we utilize.  Should you have specific questions, we encourage you to contact our office.

We send out periodic updates regarding covid related issues via the patient portal. We encourage all patients to enroll. In doing so you will automatically receive these updates
