Thank you for your interest in our practice. Please be sure to review our website in its entirety, as we want to be sure we will be a perfect fit for you and your families needs. Be sure to review our insurance and payment policies as well as information regarding our ‘non-covered services fee’. While discussing ‘business’ is never ‘fun’, we want to be sure we are all on the same page right from the start.

Should you wish to request an enrollment packet, inquire as to whether we are currently accepting new patients, or have a general question regarding our practice, please click here to send us an email. Please include your name, a contact phone number as well as the number of family members to be included. Also, please let us know how you came to hear about our practice. We hope our office meets your needs and want to make enrollment as easy as possible.

Our office model is predicated on the importance of matching our ability to provide great care (our capacity) with the needs of our patients (demand). This is our foremost goal, allowing us to deliver on our pledge to each patient. We, therefore, must put a hold on new patients from time to time. Should this be the case, we will let you know when your request comes to our office. We can then place you on a waiting list, should you wish.

We are always glad to discuss our practice and your needs by phone or in person. We’d also be glad to arrange a “get a look at us” visit should you wish. No fee, no obligation. We want to be sure we are just what you need. Simply call or email the office to ask a question or arrange a time to meet.

Should our practice not meet your needs, below are links to other local Primary Care Practices.

Covid-19 Update

Information and Recommendations regarding Covid 19 change rapidly. We follow the NH Department of Health and Human Services (NH DHHS) guidelines, which provide local guidance based on CDC recommendations. We advise all patients to familiarize themselves with this website  https://www.nh.gov/covid19/ as it provides comprehensive, up to date information and is the same source we utilize.  Should you have specific questions, we encourage you to contact our office.

We send out periodic updates regarding covid related issues via the patient portal. We encourage all patients to enroll. In doing so you will automatically receive these updates
