Urgent Requests or ‘sensitive’ issues
Please do not utilize email for urgent requests or if you have ‘sensitive’ issues to discuss. We’d prefer that you simply call the office so we can be sure to attend to your concern quickly and safely. Emails are reviewed only during office hours. Please remember that all of our providers may not be in the office daily.

We ask all patients using email to review our email guidelines. By using email, you acknowledge that you are familiar with these guidelines.
Communicating non-urgent test results or other information
If you would like us to have the option of email communication for non-urgent test results or other information from our office, we ask that you complete an email consent form and forward to our office. This is the same form which is included in the enrollment packet. If you have already reviewed and completed this form, there is no need to do so again.
